Some exciting changes have happened in the Kirkland Lake Mall this past
summer. Box Office Entertainment expanded their store to offer you a
larger variety of products. The Kirkland Lake Mall is also please to
have a new store opening. Boutique Serenade will have their grand
opening on November 1st with a beautiful selection of womens clothing
ranging in sizes from petite to plus.

EasyHome Furniture is now open in the Kirkland Lake Mall. Catering to a
variety of customers, EasyHome Furniture is an excellent addition to
the Mall and we are very excited to have them.

Ardène. Ardène has opened across from the Dollarama in a spacious 5000
sq. foot location. Winchester Real Estate Inventment Trust is committed

The Kirkland Lake Mall has been sold, and is now under new ownership. Winchester Real Estate Investment Trust has purchased the mall as of February 21, 2008. The new owners are
excited about filling the mall and are very dedicated to the success of
the Kirkland Lake Mall.
Winchester Real Estate InvestmentTrust, out of Toronto, owns a number of malls in Sudbury, Parry Sound, Espanola, Pembroke, Hamilton, London as well as other communities in Ontario. The company specializes in purchasing property with high vacancies and then filling them with tenants.
The company is very eager to bring businesses into the mall. If anyone is interested in becoming part of the Kirkland Lake Mall, leasing opportunities are available.
